New Realm was delighted to be engaged for the rebrand of established software company Expert Logic.
After 25 years of business success, the management at Expert Logic felt a rebrand was an important initiative in their business development plans.
The project included an initial strategic stage, where New Realm Marketing worked with the Directors and the team to understand their business and help define the brand going forward.
Expert Logic specialise in software that automates all those small, mundane, yet vital administrative office tasks. So New Realm created the concept of Let’s focus on the big stuff, as one of the great benefits of Expert Logic’s products is that you will have more time in your working day, due to spending less time on admin.
We also created a robust brand system that included a suite of house brands. This included the Cool Logic brand that represents software for the water cooler industry.

Our brief to New Realm was to take our established brand and modernise it with a fresh look and clear message. We wanted our company to look great but it was predominantly about increasing sales.

The initial brand development stage incorporated more than just design. New Realm helped us identify who we are as a company, what unique value ExpertLogic brings to our clients and how to communicate that through everything we do.
The new brand design was a dynamic modernisation of our established brand mark which we were delighted with. It signified a new era for ExpertLogic whilst keeping a familiarity for our existing customers that have identified us with our old branding for in excess of 26 years, a very bold move for us indeed.
The marketing plan really focused on reaching our key customers through the most effective and cost-effective channels. This included a significant brand presence at an important industry conference where we launched our CoolLogic software package. This went extremely well, generating immediate high profile new business for us.
Overall we found New Realm to be very friendly, helpful, professional and creative, with a well thought out approach that was clear to understand.
